MEET THE TEAM
The volunteers:
Our volunteers make up around 93% of the team! We're a diverse group from different backgrounds, nationalities and ages. We are unified by ours and other peoples recovery!
The staff:
Radha is a founding member of B3 (2009) and now manages the peer led/volunteer run service. She has lived experience of all the issues surrounding homelessness, addiction, and all that goes with it. Radha is very passionate about empowering service users and enabling them access to opportunities.

HADIL GALAL
Support Worker
Hadil joined our team in 2019 after starting her journey with B3 in 2012 as a service user struggling with her own addiction issues. She completed the Recovery Champions course and joined as a volunteer. She is passionate about helping our service users and volunteers to access help and training opportunities to make a change.

LOUIS GILBERT
Support Worker
Louis joined our team in 2019 after being a volunteer for a while, if there's a training course worth doing he's done it.
As a former addict he has plenty of lived and professional experience to share.
