The volunteers:
Our volunteers make up around 93% of the team! We're a diverse group from different backgrounds, nationalities and ages. We are unified by ours and other peoples recovery!
The staff:
Meet Radha, the CEO and founding of B3 since 2009. With firsthand experience the challenges surrounding homelessness & addiction, she is dedicated to empowering service users and creating meaningful opportunities.
Radha leads a passionate, peer-led, and volunteer-run organisation that truly understands the needs of the community.
Commitment to making a difference is at the heart of everything B3 stands for.

WENDY HANRI
Peer Support Worker
Wendy became a valued member of our team in 2023 after first joining as a service user who was navigating her own addiction challenges. After completing the Recovery Champions course.
She transitioned into a volunteer role. Wendy is deeply committed to empowering our service users and fellow volunteers by providing access to helpful resources and training opportunities that inspire positive change.

Yvette's inspiring journey began as a service user at B3, where she sought support completed our Recovery Champions program 2016.
In 2022, joined our team as an Admin and Peer Support Worker, by her desire to help others in the same way she was helped.
Her dedication and passion shine through in her work, as she strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our and service users.
JERRY NICHOLAS
Peer Support Worker
Jerry came to B3 as a service user struggling with alcohol misuse.​
After completing the Recovery Champions course in 2023, he started as a volunteer at BSAFE and is now part of our team!
His aim is to maintain the high standard he has found at B3 and to let as many people as possible know about the service.
He wants to help others on their path to recovery.
